The new Audi A3 will be launched in 2016

Recently, some overseas media exposure a group of new Audi A3 road test spy photos, according to previous news reports, the new car will be officially released in 2016.

 

As a mid-term facelift, the new A3 in appearance will be part adjustment for the front face and tail, which the hexagonal grille use the new double horizontal banner design, headlight group styling similar with the new A4. The rear part, the new car taillight group is expected to use the new interior lamp chamber design.

In interior, though we did not get the new car spy photos, but according to previous reports, the new car will be equipped with full LCD dashboard, and will also be upgraded for the MMI interconnected system, and equipped with Apple CarPlay system.

In power, the facelift Audi A3 may be will continue the powertrain of current models, including 1.2TFSI, 1.4TFSI, 1.8TFSI and 2.0TFSI a variety of engines, which 1.8TFSI engine maximum power is expected up to 190 horsepower. Transmission system, will match with 5-speed manual or 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox.

In test, the new Audi A3 will still use VAS 5054A VAG PC Diagnose Tool to diagnosis all the system. VAS 5054A Scanner with latest ODIS Software 2.2.4 for VAG Group include VW AUDI SKODA and Seat via OBD. The interface is in full chip with OKI ( for UDS vehicles) and Bluetooth function.
